The Holy Family Athletic Boosters provide all equipment, fees and uniforms for our 4th - 8th Grade athletes, as well as gym and playground equipment for all students of Holy Family School.

2021 - 2022 Membership Levels:
Blue Membership $25:
● E-mail updates of all Booster events
● Membership Card (which includes a 10% discount for dining room or take out from Pizza Mia)

Family Membership $75:
● E-mail updates of all Booster events
● Membership Card (which includes a 10% discount for dining room or take out from Pizza Mia)
● Free entry for all immediate family members to all 2021-2022 home games held at Holy Family (excludes
Tackle football games)

Platinum Membership $100:
● Your family name on the Platinum Banner
that will hang in the Holy Family School gym from November 2021 - November 2022.
● To be eligible for banner, please return membership form by October 31st, 2021
